Yes, it is safe to buy from TechX Malaysia ecommerce site. TechX is an audio consumer electronics business entity registered with Companies Commission of Malaysia under the legal name of Technophile (Company No:002984581-V), based in Klang Valley. Our physical retail store is in Damansara Perdana, located just beside the well known Armanee Terrace 1 & in the vicinity of other affluent neighbourhoods and shopping complexes (i.e. Ikea Damansara, The Curve, …). Our e-commerce warehouse is in Klang.
TechX warranties vary by product/ brand and all product-specific warranties are found on product pages and within TechX’s website. In general, TechX warrants that all products will be free from defects in workmanship and material for one year following delivery date, with certain exceptions.
During the warranty period, TechX will, without cost to you, at TechX’s option, either (i) repair defective products (ii) furnish replacement products or (iii) grant you credit equal to the defective products’ net purchase price. Defective conditions in the products caused by third parties, acts of Gods, defective installation, other traders, abnormal use or stress, or other matters unrelated to TechX’s activities are specifically excluded from the coverage of this warranty. You also hereby agree to be bound by TechX’s return and replacement policies.

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of any product, we will gladly refund your money + 20% of what you paid. All refunds or exchanges must be submitted within 2 days of receiving the package.
